Cancellation & Refund Policy

All donations are final. Refunds are only issued in case of errors or duplicate transactions. If you require a refund, contact us within 7 days.

Shipping Policy

We do not deal in physical products, so no shipping applies. All our work is service-based and delivered online or on the ground through our outreach programs.
