We have been promoting awareness about the benefits of yoga through a variety of initiatives. Our awareness drives reach schools, community centers, and rural villages — inspiring people to embrace yoga as a lifestyle rather than a one-time activity.
We regularly organize interactive sessions, public demonstrations, and health talks that highlight the connection between yoga and overall well-being. The focus remains on making yoga simple and accessible, particularly for beginners and those living in rural areas.
Due to our consistent efforts, five schools have integrated yoga into their morning routines after prayers, ensuring that every student starts the day with energy, focus, and balance.
In collaboration with local health workers, we also spread awareness about how yoga can complement modern medicine in managing stress, diabetes, hypertension, and obesity.
Daily Yoga Classes
Our daily yoga classes are open to people of all ages and fitness levels. These sessions combine traditional asanas, pranayama, meditation, and relaxation techniques to promote holistic health and inner peace.

Yoga Camps
We organize yoga camps throughout the year to bring people together in a shared spirit of wellness and discipline. These camps serve as immersive experiences where participants can learn about yoga philosophy, nutrition, and mindfulness.
On International Yoga Day and other special occasions, our large-scale yoga gatherings attract hundreds of participants from neighboring villages and schools, creating a vibrant environment filled with positivity and enthusiasm.
Specialized yoga camps for students focus on stress management during exams, posture correction, and improving concentration through breathing exercises. These practical lessons help children carry yoga into their daily routines, enhancing both academic and emotional performance.
For women and senior citizens, separate sessions are organized that address hormonal balance, bone health, and flexibility, empowering them to lead active and independent lives.
