Yoga Awareness Programmes
We have been promoting awareness about the benefits of yoga through a variety of initiatives. We regularly organize awareness programs that highlight the importance of yoga in enhancing physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Our programs are designed to educate the public about the holistic benefits of yoga and encourage a healthier lifestyle.
Due to our awareness programs, 5 schools have started daily yoga classes for all students after morning prayer.

In addition to awareness programs, we conduct daily yoga classes for people of all age groups. Our classes are structured to provide comprehensive training in various yoga practices, ensuring that participants can incorporate yoga into their daily routines effectively.

Yoga Camps
We also organize yoga camps on different occasions throughout the year. These camps are specially curated to coincide with significant events and festivals, making them accessible and relevant to a wider audience. For instance, yoga camps are held during International Yoga Day, where large groups of people come together to practice yoga and celebrate the global movement towards better health and well-being.
Special yoga camps are also conducted for school students. These camps focus on introducing young minds to the benefits of yoga in a fun and engaging way, promoting healthy habits from an early age.
